I love wakeboarding and I’m going in a few weeks and I’ll only be 14 weeks pregnant is it ok to do it, as long as I don’t do any jumps or tricks that will make me biff it hard?
Oh just incase people don’t know what wakeboarding is its a watersport kind of like slolum skiing only your strapped to a bigger board sideways, kind of like snowboarding on the water.
That isn’t a good idea. I know it’s going to be tough to be pregnant over the summer, I’m gonna have to do it too. Anyway, God forbid something bad happened and you fell or hit something… this could be terrible news for your baby. Just don’t risk it, a life is more important than a day of fun.

Is wakeboarding fun the first time you try it?
I am having a 15 minute lesson on saturday – any tips?
it’s fun and with a lesson you’ll have no problems getting up. you’ll get the facts, not ”lean back, hard"

The blower should be used 3 to 5 minutes before you start the boat, after you refuel, and at extremely slow cruising speeds. If you have any air moving through the intakes go ahead and turn it off.
Bilge pump should be used anytime you think there is water in the bilge. After it rains, after you take a wave over the bow, or even at the end of the day and there have been wet bodies in and out of the boat all day.
You will most likely have some "fat sacks" or some other ballast bearing device to crank up your wakes. They should be labeled differently from the bilge pump. If those are leaking you may have some water in your bilge. Be sure to dump they if you are going to run a long way or you are done for the day. When full those puppies suck gas like nobody’s business, and loading with your ballast tanks full is just a bear.
Have fun.

Here is part of my first look for Wii Sports Resort, the new sports game by Nintendo that tries to improve off of the original included in the Nintendo Wii package. I think this game is great, and definitely worth buying if you ARENT an only child OR you have friends to play with. 1-player is not as fun as 4-player, so keep that in mind.
Anyway, enjoy the first look! I MIGHT POSSIBLY do another first look video, but dont count on it. Enjoy!

i know the wake will not be as big as compared to wakeboarding boat, but will it still be decent size? and for the power part, will it struggle getting up a guy that wieghs 235 lbs, with four other people in the boat?
Yes it might struggle to pick you up if your 235, all you can do is try. Wakeboarding is a sh*tload of fun even if the wake isn’t monster you will still be able to practice control and small airs. Most people start on bowriders, because damn wakeboard boats are expensive nowadays but just give it a try! Im 170 and have no problem getting up on a 145 so i think 190 should get you up. Just go out there and have some fun! hope i could help.
LF for life!

I want to start wakeboarding, but I am not a very committed person.. It might be because I have not found something that I really enjoy yet or because I get bored of things easily, but I was wondering if wakeboarding would be a good sport that will be a lot of fun and also keep me interested for a long time. Oh and is it good exercise? Thanks.

Yes definately! If you have access to a boat regularly, trust me, you will be doing it as often as you can! Best advice, get someone who is experienced and willing to teach you and try to get your friends involved in it. After your sets, you can hang out, drink, swim, cruise around, it’s an all around great sport! haha Enjoy.
